What a nice, peaceful place for a family getaway. Owasco Lake is one of the more undiscovered and undeveloped Fingerlakes, so if it's a little R&R you are looking for, this is the spot. It is very clean and great for swimming and water activities, not to mention the excellent fishing! Use the rowboat on site, fish off the dock, bring your own boat or rent a motorboat or pontoon from the nearby marina. You are sure to catch perch, bass, pike, trout, and maybe some BIG walleye. The level beachfront, along with a gradual walk into the water, makes this property perfect for people of all ages!

The house itself has just undergone a complete renovation within the last two years! It is been freshly painted and new flooring (ceramic tile, Pergo, and carpet) installed throughout. All new appliances and furnishings, and a brand new kitchen and bathroom give this home a nice fresh feel.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake from the enclosed porch, which runs the length of the house or sit outside on the deck to really relax and enjoy the beauty of Owasco Lake.
